Changes the term limit for the board of ground water management from two to three consecutive full terms.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4 and Title 69, to change the term limit for members of the board of ground water management. It replaces the current limit of "more than two (2) consecutive full terms" with "more than three (3) consecutive full terms." This change allows board members to serve up to three consecutive full terms. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires it.
