Amends the definition of "adult-oriented establishment" in Tennessee law.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7, Chapter 51, Part 14, by changing the definition of "adult-oriented establishment." It redefines the term to include facilities, establishments, businesses, or services that offer sexually oriented material, devices, or paraphernalia; adult cabaret entertainment; or specified sexual activities, whether printed, filmed, recorded, or live, and that restrict admission to adults or a class of adults. The change takes effect May 1, 2025.
