Amends Tennessee Code to replace references to "handgun" and "handgun carry permit" with "firearm" and "firearm carry permit".

This bill amends various sections of Tennessee Code to replace references to "handgun" and "handgun carry permit" with "firearm" and "firearm carry permit". The changes apply to multiple titles, including Title 39, Title 40, Title 49, Title 50, Title 57, Title 67, Title 68, and Title 70. Effective July 1, 2025, all valid permits issued prior to that date are deemed to be concealed firearm carry permits and enhanced firearm carry permits, and the department is not required to reissue them.
