The bill amends Tennessee Code to expand the Tennessee Promise scholarship eligibility to include certain postsecondary institutions. Beginning with the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, the scholarship will cover tuition and mandatory fees at eligible postsecondary institutions, defined as those accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) with their primary campus in Tennessee. The changes apply to scholarships awarded from the 2025-2026 academic year onward.
