Amends Tennessee law to set a four-year statute of limitations for disputes over real property improvements.

This bill modifies Tennessee's dispute resolution process for real property improvements. It establishes a four-year limit for bringing actions, arbitrations, or binding dispute resolution proceedings related to deficiencies in design, planning, supervision, observation of construction, or construction of an improvement. This applies to injuries to property or persons, or wrongful death, arising from such deficiencies. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
