Tennessee HB0732 amends Tennessee Code to allow the retake of Tennessee comprehensive assessment program (TCAP) tests, including end-of-course assessments, if their administration is interrupted by uncontrollable circumstances such as acts of God. The Department of Education must develop or approve a policy for this retake, which applies starting from the 2025-2026 school year. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
