Allows health care providers to petition for removal of public information on adverse actions after completing a treatment program.

This bill amends Tennessee health care regulations to allow licensed or registered health care providers to petition for the removal of public information regarding adverse actions taken against their licenses or registrations. This applies if the adverse action resulted in a consent order requiring completion of a peer assistance or treatment program. Providers can petition for removal of this information after ten years from the start of the probation date in the consent order, following completion of all program requirements.
