This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Chapter 36, Part 8 and Title 68, Chapter 140, Part 3, to change the deadline for certain emergency medical services provisions from June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2028. The changes will take effect immediately upon becoming law, as deemed necessary for public welfare.
