Advances the clean energy transition by amending Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 32; Title 39; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to vulnerable persons. Establishes procedures for patients with terminal diseases to request medication to end their lives in a humane and dignified manner. Requires two oral requests and one written request, with waiting periods between requests. Prohibits healthcare providers from participating in the process if they object on moral or religious grounds, but mandates transfer of medical records if a patient changes providers.
