Tennessee HB0536 amends state law to allow nonprofit religious organizations to obtain motor vehicle dealer licenses without an established place of business. These organizations must be organized or incorporated in Tennessee, have their certificate of incorporation or certificate of authority in good standing, and have a program for donating vehicles and providing free vehicle repair services to individuals in need. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
