Tennessee HB0528 modifies the premium fee limits for bail bonds in Tennessee. The bill changes the maximum allowable premium fee from more than ten percent to less than five percent or more than ten percent of the bond's face value. It also adjusts the minimum allowable premium fee from up to fifteen percent to no less than five percent and no more than fifteen percent. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
