Amends Tennessee Code to require health care reports to include the legislative librarian.

This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-1-136(f), to change the reporting requirement for health care matters. Instead of just reporting to the members of the general assembly, the report must now also be sent to the legislative librarian. The change takes effect immediately upon the bill becoming law.
