This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 20 and Title 33, to include Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC, Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. in opioid-related regulations previously applying only to The Kroger Co. The changes ensure these companies are subject to the same requirements as The Kroger Co. The act also includes a severability clause, ensuring that if any part of the act is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
