Amends Tennessee firearms law to exempt individuals from penalties if they leave or store their firearm when requested by an authorized person.

This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, concerning firearms. It adds an exemption for individuals who, upon request by someone authorized to control access to a property, either leave the property or store their firearm in a personal vehicle in accordance with a specified section.
