Amends Tennessee Code to establish the "Professionals' Freedom of Religion Act," protecting professionals from discrimination based on religious.

The bill amends Tennessee Code to establish the "Professionals' Freedom of Religion Act." It prohibits real estate brokers' organizations from requiring membership as a condition for using multiple-listing services and from charging non-members higher fees. It also prohibits discrimination against professionals based on religious beliefs or lawful expressions of those beliefs. This includes preventing governmental entities from taking adverse actions against licensees or applicants for licensure. The act allows individuals harmed by violations to seek damages and other remedies.
