This bill amends Tennessee Code to allow school employees to alter, create, or duplicate a student's grade in educational documents if the grade is earned through a retake program. This change exempts such actions from being a violation of the existing law. The bill also renumbers existing subsections to accommodate this new provision. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
