Amends Tennessee Code to allow the TennCare bureau to consider a patient's overall condition when determining funding and services, even if it is not the least costly option. Factors include mobility, cognitive awareness, need for supervision, and use of life-sustaining equipment. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
