Amends Tennessee law to clarify which courts can issue orders of protection.

This bill amends Tennessee law to specify that orders of protection can be issued by the general sessions criminal court or a criminal court when the criminal court is handling a case involving a domestic abuse victim, sexual assault victim, or stalking victim. It also clarifies that these orders can be issued by either the criminal court or the general sessions court. The changes take effect immediately upon the law's enactment.
