HB0359 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, to classify a first offense of driving without a license as a Class B misdemeanor. A second or subsequent offense is classified as a Class A misdemeanor. Convictions older than ten years do not count for enhancement purposes. This change applies to offenses committed on or after July 1, 2025.
