Tennessee HB0302 amends Tennessee Code to make it a Class C misdemeanor for vehicle occupants to block or impede traffic while soliciting, negotiating, or consummating an employment transaction. A first offense results in a warning citation. If such a violation causes or contributes to a motor vehicle accident, the offense becomes a Class B misdemeanor. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
