This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 68, Chapter 55, to include the Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council in the list of advisory councils. The council was created by Section 68-55-102. The act takes effect upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires it.
