Amends Tennessee Code to include the Transportation Modernization Board in the definition of certain terms.
The bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 54, Chapter 3, Part 1, to include the Transportation Modernization Board in the definition of certain terms. This change is made by inserting a new subdivision into Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-250(a). The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires.
