The bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 11, Part 1 and Title 4, Chapter 29, to clarify the Tennessee historical commission's authority. It inserts a new subdivision into Section 4-29-250(a) to explicitly state the commission's creation by § 4-11-102. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
