This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 20, Chapter 9 to include the Tennessee board of court reporting. It inserts a new subdivision into Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-248(a). The act will take effect upon becoming law, as deemed necessary for public welfare.
