Amends Tennessee Code to update references to the statewide planning and policy council for mental health and substance abuse services.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to remove an outdated reference and add a new reference to the statewide planning and policy council for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The changes include deleting subdivision (37) from Section 4-29-246(a) and inserting a new subdivision in Section 4-29-250(a) to reflect the council's creation under Section 33-1-401.
