Amends Tennessee Code to include the second look commission in the list of entities under Title 4, Chapter 29.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 37, Chapter 3 to include the second look commission in the list of entities under Title 4, Chapter 29. The second look commission is created by § 37-3-803. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires it.
