Tennessee HB0253 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2, by adding a new section that terminates the Interstate Earthquake Compact of 1988 and other state departments, commissions, boards, agencies, or councils created during calendar year 2031 by June 30, 2033.
