Tennessee HB0246 amends Tennessee Code to terminate the Emergency Management Assistance Compact and any other state departments, commissions, boards, agencies, or councils created during 2031 by June 30, 2033. These entities may be continued, reestablished, or restructured according to the provisions of this act. The changes take effect upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires.
