Amends Tennessee Code to include the Chickasaw basin authority in the definitions of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 64, Chapter 1, Part 2, to include the Chickasaw basin authority in the definitions of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. The Chickasaw basin authority is created by § 64-1-201. The act takes effect upon becoming a law, as the public welfare requires.
