Tennessee HB0215 allocates $25,000,000 for the planning and construction of a new parking garage with at least 400 parking spaces. The garage will be attached to the north side of the Cordell Hull Building and exclusively for use by legislative employees. This act makes appropriations for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2024, and July 1, 2025.
