This bill amends Tennessee Code to exempt the first $15,000 of a motor vehicle purchase from sales tax for members of the Tennessee National Guard. To qualify, the purchaser must provide proof of their status and documentation from their unit. The exemption applies to one vehicle and takes effect July 1, 2025.
