Tennessee HB0152 amends the Tennessee Code to allow county and municipal legislative bodies to conduct meetings with electronic participation. Members can participate electronically if they can be visually identified by the chair, but only under specific circumstances such as family or medical emergencies, military service, or inclement weather. A quorum must be present at the physical location of the meeting. Meetings must remain open and accessible to the public with real-time, live audio or video access.
