Amends local tourism development reporting requirements in Tennessee.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7 and Title 67, to change the reporting requirements for local tourism development. Specifically, it mandates that a copy of the annual report and audit be filed annually with both the governing body of the municipality and each member of the general assembly representing the municipality. The report can be submitted electronically. The changes take effect upon the bill becoming law.
