This bill amends tuition assistance for members of the Tennessee National Guard. It makes members ineligible for reimbursement if suspended from federal tuition assistance due to academic performance or recoupment. It defines "mandatory fees," "master's degree program fees," and "undergraduate course fees." The department of military will pay 100% of the maximum resident in-state tuition and specified fees, less other financial assistance. Members must apply for reimbursement within 45 days of course completion.
