This bill amends Tennessee Code to provide bereavement leave for state employees and certain board members. It grants three days of paid leave for the death of siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, foster parents, or parents-in-law. Five days of paid leave are granted for the death of parents or stepparents, and ten days for the death of a spouse, children, or stepchildren.
