Extends foster care services for young adults in Tennessee until age 23.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to extend the eligibility period for foster care services for young adults from age 21 to age 23. It allows extension of services to those completing secondary education, enrolled in postsecondary or technical institutions, participating in employment programs, employed for at least 80 hours per month, or unable to engage in these activities due to a medical condition. It also mandates court hearings or administrative reviews every six months for those not achieving permanency through adoption or subsidized permanent guardianship until age 21.
