Amends Tennessee Code to set a minimum age of 21 for school bus drivers and removes a subsection from Title 55.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 5-8-102, to establish that applicants for school bus driver positions must be at least twenty-one years of age. It also deletes subsection (e) from Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-50-302. The changes will take effect on July 1, 2025.
