HB0052 provides tax exemptions and fee waivers for disabled veterans in Tennessee.

HB0052 amends Tennessee law to offer permanent sport combination hunting and fishing licenses without fees to disabled veterans with 100% permanent and total service-connected disabilities. It also exempts these veterans from property taxes on their primary residences and from taxes and fees for registering a private vehicle. The changes take effect on January 1, 2026.
