Establishes a hunger-free campus grant program for Tennessee higher education institutions to address food insecurity on campus.

The bill creates a hunger-free campus grant program to provide grants to higher education institutions in Tennessee for addressing food insecurity. To be eligible, institutions must have or establish a food pantry accessible to students or partner with one. They must also form a hunger task force including student members. Grant funds can be used for student meal credit programs, meal vouchers, or supporting food pantries. Institutions must report annually on their efforts to address food insecurity. The Tennessee Higher Education Commission administers the program.
