Tennessee HB0004 establishes new minimum limits for governmental tort liability. It sets a minimum of $750,000 for bodily injury or death of one person in any one accident, $1.5 million for all persons in any one accident, and $250,000 for property damage in any one accident. These limits apply to actions arising on or after July 1, 2025.
