Prohibits the sale of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol products to individuals under twenty-one.

South Dakota SB80 makes it unlawful to sell or distribute products containing delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol to individuals under the age of twenty-one. It also prohibits the purchase, receipt, possession, or consumption of these products by those under twenty-one, unless the purchaser is a parent or guardian. Violation of this law is classified as a Class 2 misdemeanor.
