Amends eligibility challenge reasons for voting in South Dakota.

The bill modifies the criteria for challenging a voter's eligibility in South Dakota. It allows the Secretary of State, county auditor, or any registered voter in the same county to challenge a voter's eligibility up to 90 days before an election. The challenge can only be based on whether the voter has voted or registered in another state, is a resident of South Dakota, or is a U.S. citizen.
