The bill increases the limit on video lottery gaming and establishes the residential tax reduction fund for property tax relief. Moneys collected from video lottery gaming in excess of $165 million annually must be deposited into the new fund. The fund aims to provide property tax relief for owner-occupied single-family dwellings. The bill also mandates that the commission maximize revenues from video lottery gaming.
