Amends the calculation of fall enrollment for state aid to general education in South Dakota.

The bill amends the calculation of fall enrollment for determining state aid to general education in South Dakota. It specifies that nonresident students in the care and custody of certain state agencies and attending public schools can be included in the fall enrollment. It also revises the calculation of fall enrollment to include all students in grades kindergarten through twelve enrolled in district schools on the last Friday of September, plus those for whom the district pays tuition.
