Adds licensed and registered child care programs to the definition of community safety zones.

This bill amends the definition of community safety zones to include licensed and registered child care programs. It modifies the sex offender registry to prevent sex offenders from residing within these zones unless they meet specific conditions. The bill also updates the definition of community safety zones to include areas within 500 feet of schools, public parks, playgrounds, domestic abuse shelters, sexual assault shelters, public pools, and child care programs.
