Prohibit the use of voter centers in South Dakota counties.

This bill prohibits the use of voter centers in South Dakota counties. A voter center is defined as a polling place where the precinct has been defined as the entire jurisdiction and an electronic pollbook is utilized. The bill repeals the allowance for jurisdictions to conduct elections using vote centers and mandates that elections must be conducted in accordance with all applicable election laws and rules, except for the use of vote centers.
