Amends provisions for presidential electors in South Dakota, including replacement procedures and voting requirements.

South Dakota SB101 amends provisions for presidential electors, including procedures for replacing electors who fail to appear or resign. If a vacancy occurs before the meeting of the electors, the state chairperson of the political party that nominated the elector must select a replacement. If an elector fails to appear before the election, the remaining electors must elect a replacement. Electors must vote for the candidates whose slate received the highest number of votes in the state's general election.
