Encourages South Dakota's congressional delegation to meet with the state Legislature.

The bill urges each member of South Dakota's congressional delegation to meet annually with the state Legislature to discuss the federal government's state and the member's work on behalf of the state and its residents. The meeting should last at least one hour and be scheduled by agreement between the member, the speaker of the House of Representatives, and the president pro tempore of the Senate.
