Authorizes salvage of non-migratory game bird eggs destroyed in lawful activities.

This bill allows individuals to salvage eggs from non-migratory game bird nests unintentionally destroyed during lawful activities. It requires obtaining an avian special purpose salvage permit from the Department of Game, Fish and Parks. The permit authorizes the salvage, incubation, hatching, banding, and release of the birds. The bill also sets an annual fee for the permit, not exceeding ten dollars. A violation of the permit requirements is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
