Requires developers and manufacturers to provide features for users to manage subscriptions and view available goods or services in application.

This bill mandates that developers include a feature allowing users to cancel or modify subscriptions for goods or services provided through their applications. It also requires developers to provide a list of all available goods or services and their costs. Manufacturers must list all goods or services available for purchase through their application stores. Failure to comply can result in a civil penalty of up to $1,000 per incident, with penalties collected by the attorney general and deposited into the state's general fund.
